Fundraising Ideas

**4. Hold a raffle
You can get raffle tickets donated to you or at least at a discount price. Select one week of summer, or your spring break to have guys set up booths outside of popular stores such as PUBLIX, WINN DIXIE, and ALBERTSONS. For prizes, you can easily get prizes donated to you. If not you can find someone who will give you prizes for a small percentage of the money on eah ticket. the recommended ticket price is a dollar.

3.Sell Soda and Chips before and after troop meetings
By a soda from your local Publix. It costs about $.16 for a PUBLIX brand soda. By a VALUE PACK of chips. Sell these items for $.50 each and $.85 as a combo.

2. Create Your Own Summer Camp
We understand Adult Participation may be hard to find,  so consider having two adults working half the week, and two adults the other half.
Find a local campground which will allow your troop to organize a one week campout
Set a fee (Remember to include food, supplies, the actual fee of the campgrounds, advertising, and a small profit for the troop)
Organize a Schedule
Include activities  such as service projects, campfires, skits, a trip to the planetarium( Astronomy Merit Badge), working on other Merit Badges, Rank Advancement, crackerbarrels, a parents night, a cookout , swims, games, etc.

The old Cobra Patrol Led by Anthony Bonna and Andrew Smith, did the following fundraiser. The troop had the flea market, however we did the raffle.
